Dalliah the Doomsayer of WOW Power leveling is the 3rd boss of The Arcatraz in Tempest Keep and is a female shivarra demon of World of Warcraft Leveling. This can also be done for WOW Leveling as the second boss before Wrath-Scryer Soccothrates.
Attacks and abilities of WoW Powerleveling
Shadow Wave: A 2.5k Shadowbolt of WoW power level which also gives a 50% increased vulnerability to shadow damage on WoW power-level as debuff. This will always target on WOW powerlevel the furthest player from her.
Strategy: The room of WoW power level needs to be cleared of all invisible demons firstly when WOW Leveling (some succubi can normally be found), Warlocks Detect Invisibility helps at this point for WoW Powerleveling. The fight is rather straightforward to WOW Powerleveling tank-and-spank, except for her special abilities when WoW power-level.
Whirlwind: She does it quite often for WoW power level, just get out of melee range. Ticks rapidly for 3k damage on WOW powerlevel.
Heal: Directly after the whirlwind she will cast a heal on herself when WoW power level. Long cast time and interruptible Rogues’ Mind Numbing Poison as well as Wound Poison works here.
Gift of the Doomsayer: Casterof WOW powerlevel will be healed when the cursed player who need WOW Leveling is healed.
